May 1 to 10: MY SERENGETI CHALLENGE
Over the next ten days, the Passionate Hiker (or Passionate Biker) will be cycling 140 km across the Serengeti plain to help the Canadian charity TEMBO to raise funds in support of women and girls in northern Tanzania.
This will have to be my own version of the Serengeti, given the current lockdown here in central Canada, but here we go anyway.
Day 1 A chilly start to my adventure as I set out to complete my challenge.
